Senior Estimator – Industrial Construction (Coatings & Preservation)

📋 Description

• Manage the complete estimating process for industrial coatings projects
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for preservation and rehab work
• Review drawings, specifications, bid documents, and project requirements
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze labor, equipment, material, and costs
• Develop estimates for tanks, water storage, oil/fuel tanks, and steel systems
• Prepare bid packages and support documentation; collaborate with remote teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of estimating in industrial construction
• Experience estimating structural painting and industrial coatings
• Tank rehabilitation, water storage infrastructure, and oil/fuel tank projects
• Experience owning estimates from initial review through final pricing submission
• Familiarity with US construction standards, specifications, and workflows
• Experience collaborating remotely with US-based teams
