Senior Estimator – Industrial Construction (Coatings & Preservation)

📋 Description

• Manage the complete estimating process for industrial coatings and structural painting projects
• Review drawings, specifications, bid documents, and project requirements
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for preservation, rehabilitation, and protective coating work
• Perform takeoffs and analyze labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs
• Collaborate with a remote US-based estimating team to develop pricing strategies
• Own the estimating lifecycle from initial review to final pricing submission

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years estimating experience in industrial construction
• Experience estimating structural painting and industrial coatings
• Proven expertise with tank rehabilitation, water storage infrastructure
• Oil and fuel tank projects and steel preservation and protective coating systems
• Experience owning estimates from initial review through final pricing submission
• Familiarity with US construction standards and remote collaboration with US teams
