📋 Description

Oversee ETF Capital Markets as L&G launches US ETFs
Manage day-to-day primary and secondary market activity
Collaborate with PM, trading, and operations to support liquidity
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders on trading issues
Monitor market quality, creations/redemptions, premiums/discounts
Support client activity and educate on ETF liquidity/trading

🎯 Requirements

5-8 years in capital markets with strong ETF background
Senior member experience in an ETF Capital Markets team
Strong relationships with APs, market makers, exchanges
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
