Senior Event Coordinator

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the operational delivery of international events, exhibitions and networking
• Manage multiple events simultaneously, keeping full visibility over deadlines, priorities
• Coordinate suppliers, venues, production partners and organisers, ensuring everything is delivered
• Manage event logistics, including stand production, materials, printing, shipments, passes, hotels
• Maintain clear project plans, timelines and operational documentation and proactively follow up on
• Identify potential issues early, solve problems independently and escalate critical risks before

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in event coordination/management, ideally with international exhibitions and
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events
• A highly proactive and ownership-driven mindset — you anticipate what needs to happen rather than
• Strong experience coordinating suppliers, production, logistics and onsite operations.
• Excellent deadline management and follow-through — you actively track outstanding actions and make
• Excellent attention to detail, while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture.
