Senior Events Manager- EMEA

📋 Description

• Own and execute the EMEA flagship and portfolio event strategy
• Establish KPIs and measure ROI for each event; drive pipeline impact and brand lift metrics
• Manage budgets across the full portfolio and negotiate contracts with venues, sponsors, and vendors
• Own all aspects of event delivery: venue selection and contracts, vendor management, budget
• Own and manage the complete EMEA CamundaLocals program as a scalable, repeatable initiative
• Define measurement frameworks and follow-up processes to track engagement and pipeline contribution

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of events management experience
• at least 3+ years leading large-scale flagship events or conferences (500+ attendees) in B2B
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-event portfolios with significant budgets from
• Deep understanding of EMEA markets, geographies, regulatory environments, and event landscapes
• demonstrated success managing multi-country events across Europe
