📋 Description

• Develop and grow key client relationships, increasing market presence
• Win and manage Client Funded Marketing (CFM) appointments, converting relationships into ongoing opportunities.
• Coordinate end-to-end property campaigns, including marketing and reporting.
• Consistently meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
• Prepare marketing submissions, agency agreements, and campaign reporting with strong brand and compliance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate across internal service lines to generate referrals.

🎯 Requirements

• NSW Real Estate Licence Class 2 with Stock & Station qualification and current CPD (essential).
• Minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong market knowledge, relationship-building capability, and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Performance-driven, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
• Confident using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and professional social media platforms.
