Senior Executive, Analytics & Insights (Retail)

📋 Description

• Be the day-to-day contact of Retailers clients, who contact our Client Support Centre by phone or
• Deliver analyses, charts and reports that are clear, concise, and meaningful to clients. Engage
• Conduct regular reviews with Client Service and Operations teams, to monitor service delivery KPIs
• Maintain timely communications with account teams and senior management, to keep stakeholders
• Organize content for Resource Library, to help clients keep ahead of NIQ practices and policies
• Support senior management on developing Thought Leadership case studies.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, especially but not limited to Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a market research or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English proficiency is a must.
• Highly competent in MS Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables, functions, charts).
• Aptitude for numbers and meticulous.
• Resourceful problem-solving and collaborative team player.
