Senior Executive Assistant

📋 Description

• Act as strategic partner to the COO, GTM, across the global org.
• Own high-visibility logistics: leadership offsites, executive meetings, events.
• Coordinate with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Ops, Finance, Product.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline scheduling, communications, research.
• Build lightweight systems, templates, and processes to improve ops.
• Model modern ways of working and share AI best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years supporting C-level or VP+ executives.
• Strategic partner, not just a scheduler.
• Strong track record using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to boost productivity.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams and multi-time-zone schedules.
• Exceptional judgment, discretion, executive presence.
• Based in Miami, FL (preferred), Austin, TX, or ETZ with travel flexibility.
