Senior/Executive Director, Business Operations

📋 Description

• Shape strategic direction via presentations guiding priorities and resources.
• Lead program analyses, including DCF modeling and secondary research.
• Prepare US commercialization strategy for encaleret.
• Develop exec presentations with strategic insights, initiatives, and market analyses.
• Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, and Ops to align strategy and pricing research.
• Oversee budget planning and long-term lifecycle planning.

🎯 Requirements

• MBA/MD/PhD preferred.
• 2-5 years in management consulting or life sciences.
• Experience in new product commercialization.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, especially DCF.
• Exceptional written and presentation skills.
• Scientific acumen, analytical mindset, patient focus.
