Senior/Executive Medical Director, Immunology Clinical Development - Rheumatology

📋 Description

• Manages the design and implementation of one or more clinical development programs
• Oversees clinical studies, monitors integrity, and communicates safety/efficacy data
• Designs, analyzes, and reports scientific content of protocols and regulatory submissions
• May oversee work of junior medical/scientific directors and clinical scientists
• Provides in-house clinical expertise for molecule and disease area
• May chair Clinical Strategy Team and participate in business development

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or equivalent degree
• Residency program completion preferred; fellowship desirable
• At least 2 years (Senior) or 5-7 years (Executive) clinical trial experience
• Ability to run clinical research programs independently/complex
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team skills
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements
