📋 Description

• Lead the regulated entity to meet strategic, operational, and commercial objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the firm's regulated activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
• Establish a culture of compliance, risk management, and ethics.
• Lead senior management with clear accountability and performance.
• Liaise with FSRA on regulatory engagements and licensing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field.
• At least 10 years of leadership in financial services or fintech.
• Proven experience leading regulated businesses and working with regulators/Boards.
• Strong governance, risk management, and regulatory expertise.
• UAE/ADGM regulatory experience preferred.
