Senior Executive Recruiter - GTM

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic executive search partner to senior leaders across Go-To-Market functions.
• Design and execute talent strategies for Senior Director to C-level roles.
• Understand GTM priorities, org structure, and talent needs to shape search strategy.
• Partner with Coordinators and Sourcers to run a high-touch search.
• Build pipeline strategies: market mapping, referrals, competitive intel, engagement.
• Identify and activate senior passive talent via advanced sourcing.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging AI in recruiting workflows, sourcing, or data synthesis
• 10+ years of executive search experience, recruiting Senior Director+ and VP/SVP/C-level
• Deep GTM recruiting experience (Sales & Customer Success) with Corporate Function exposure
• Ability to build and manage senior-level pipelines for high-visibility roles
• Strong candidate engagement with executive presence to activate passive candidates
• Skilled at assessing executive-level leadership, technical, and cultural fit
