• Proven end-to-end executive search experience.
• Exceptional sourcing and headhunting at senior level.
• Real business acumen; translate needs into profiles.
• Strong networking with long-term relationships.
• Tech experience (B2C and/or SaaS) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
