📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end executive and senior-level hiring across robotics, manufacturing, and operations
• Own and deliver on highly complex and hard-to-fill roles, requiring deep market mapping and
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define role requirements, success
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging executive search methodologies
• Act as a lead closer, managing offer strategy, stakeholder alignment, and candidate negotiations
• Build and maintain a strong network of senior talent across robotics and manufacturing sectors

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior / Lead Recruiter or Executive Search Consultant
• Strong background in executive search (headhunting), with experience closing senior and leadership
• Track record of closing complex, business-critical roles in competitive talent markets
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and robotics ecosystems, including engineering and operations
• Strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
• Expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and engaging passive candidates
