Senior Experience Designer, UI Design (Contractor)

📋 Description

• Design stylescapes, moodboards, and visual explorations that set creative direction for client
• Build and contribute to brand books and visual identity systems.
• Plan and actively participate in brand workshops with clients, translating live discussion into
• Use generative image and video tools — Midjourney, Figma Make, Figma Weave, Veo 3, and similar — to
• Flex into UI and product design work as engagements require, using Figma alongside agentic tools
• Apply structured agentic workflows (e.g., BMAD) to move quickly from concept to production-ready

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience, with significant time in an agency or consulting environment.
• A strong graphic design foundation — typography, layout, brand systems, visual composition.
• Hands-on, portfolio-demonstrated experience with generative image and video tools: Midjourney
• Proven experience creating stylescapes and brand books, and leading or participating in brand
• Working proficiency in Figma, with the ability to flex into UI/product design tasks when needed.
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with agentic AI design workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Claude
