Senior/Expert Data Analyst - Care

📋 Description

• Own analytics domain end-to-end from data model to decisions.
• Drive business decisions with rigorous analyses, not just reports.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape questions and priorities.
• Mentor junior analysts and raise the bar at Staff level.
• Collaborate across Care, Commercial, and Shipping domains.
• Apply BigQuery, dbt, SQL, Python, Zendesk, Intercom in daily work.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL proficiency; ability to explain results clearly.
• Track record owning analytical problem spaces end-to-end.
• Rigorous analytical mindset; understand causal vs correlational reasoning.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to move senior stakeholders.
• Experience in business analytics, commercial strategy, or customer-facing ops.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or equivalent ownership.
• Nice to have: Python proficiency for stats or automation.
• Nice to have: Domain familiarity in pricing, care, or logistics.
