Diagnose facility issues and coordinate specialized contractors.
Manage office layouts, workspace reconfigurations, and furniture moves.
Coordinate shipping and receiving, including international shipments.
Support operations by tracking service requests, inventories, and safety.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and building systems.
Ability to troubleshoot problems, prioritize tasks, and implement practical solutions.
Experience managing external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Strong communication skills in French and functional English.
DEP or DEC in Building Maintenance or related field (or equivalent).
