Senior Facilities Operations Technician

📋 Description

• Operate and maintain critical MEP systems in supercomputing data centers for high reliability.
• Perform advanced maintenance of HVAC, power, and environmental controls; mentor junior technicians.
• Oversee maintenance of data center infrastructure; lead a team to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure site safety and environmental compliance per local/regional requirements.
• Provide operational expertise for MEP systems; pumps, piping, chillers, CRAH units, wiring
• Inspect areas routinely; self-report issues to maintain performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or 6+ years hands-on ops/facilities experience (data
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical engineering principles and systems.
• Experience with critical systems documentation (Plans, Procedures, Operations Manuals).
• Experience with Building Power Monitoring Systems and Operations; strong troubleshooting.
• Experience with PLC-based control systems and/or Building Management Systems (Client).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
