Respond to and resolve facilities tickets within 2 days, drywall repair, patch/paint, furniture
Maintain general consumable stock items
Organize and maintain equipment
Maintain site surroundings and facilities
Move materials using hand trucks, forklifts, and golf carts
Provide recommendations for facilities improvements

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with heavy equipment (forklift, reach-lift, man-lift)
5+ years of relevant high‑quality repair experience
Ability to provide before/after photos of prior work
Reliable transportation and ability to complete assigned shifts
Ability to lift/manipulate 50 pounds
