Senior Failure Analysis Technician

📋 Description

• Conduct cell and module tear-downs for failure analysis.
• Measure physical and electrical properties to check for specs.
• Collect samples for analytical testing.
• Document inspection findings in a database.
• Maintain lab equipment and champion safety.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Facilities, and Shipping/Receiving for tests.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a technician in a technology field
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Experience using and maintaining tools and lab instruments
• Comfortable with chemicals and PPE
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with pre/post-test analysis and reporting results
• Proficient with G Suite (Gmail, Docs, etc.)
