📋 Description

• New Hire Onboarding — lead in-person onboarding delivery and certification
• Quarterly Academy Sessions — organize regional sessions and shape direction
• Tech Stack Adoption & Productivity — run weekly best-practice sessions and AI workflows
• Rep Coaching via AI — score/analyze calls with Gong/Galileo and build coaching frameworks
• Global Program Support — regionalize initiatives and advise global leadership
• Cross-Functional Influence — partner with senior sales leaders on GTM strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales or GTM enablement
• Strong coaching skills; coaching vs feedback understanding
• Fluency with conversation intelligence tools; Gong preferred
• Ability to influence without authority with senior leaders
• Experience regionalizing global enablement programs
• Excellent facilitation/presentation skills in skeptical rooms
