📋 Description

• Lead resolution of complex vehicle software and hardware issues in the fleet
• Act as a senior on-shift technical leader for day-to-day priorities
• Coordinate cross-region handovers to ensure continuity
• Escalate critical faults and drive safety-aligned fixes
• Interface with cross-functional teams during incidents and projects
• Guide других Field Engineers during complex investigations
