Senior Field Engineer (Forward Deployed)

📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to prioritize opportunities and lead as technical lead for complex
• Move clients from high-level strategy to live Cognite solutions via Fast AI Prototyping using
• Design and implement first-of-their-kind industrial agents using Atlas AI workbench to automate
• Lead use case workshops, translate requirements into deliverable use cases and executive demos.
• Bridge field feedback to Product, documenting ROI and best practices for Industrial AI deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in forward deployed engineering/pre-sales roles in enterprise SaaS/cloud/industrial
• Strong engineering background; CS/Math/Software Engineering/Physics/ML preferred.
• Solid Python foundation and knowledge of GenAI (embeddings, RAG, prompt chaining).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to be on the ground where impact happens.
