Senior Field Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies for the Americas region aligned to
• Partner with regional sales leaders, account teams, and partners to identify growth opportunities
• Translate global marketing initiatives into regionally relevant campaigns and experiences tailored
• Support planning, execution, and optimization of regional events including partner events
• Build and execute joint webinars with partners
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, event partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or partner marketing within B2B
• Experience owning and planning events from strategy to execution including budgeting and post-event
• Proven experience developing partner marketing plans and executing integrated regional campaigns
• Strong collaboration skills working with sales, channel, and partner organizations
• Experience with channel, alliance, or ecosystem partners on joint marketing initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact through field marketing programs
