📋 Description

• Own the field marketing strategy, annual plan, budget, and pipeline goals for the Commercial segment
• Partner with Commercial Sales leadership and set the planning rhythm across Marketing, Sales, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand gen, account-based marketing, or a related
• Experience owning marketing strategy for a defined customer segment, region, industry, or sales
• A track record of sourcing and accelerating pipeline through integrated programs
• A strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the ability to translate Sales priorities into
• Fluency in marketing and pipeline metrics, including the ability to analyze campaign performance
• Strong project management and executive communication skills, with comfort juggling multiple
