Senior Field Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Field Marketing and Vertical teams to shape event strategy
• Own event planning and execution for major hosted events and summits
• Coordinate with external vendors to negotiate contracts and budgets
• Build and manage outbound outreach sequences in Apollo to drive attendance
• Create executive overviews and attendance instructions
• Manage attendee engagement, meeting status, and post-event follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in event planning or trade show management (B2B SaaS/fintech/cybersecurity)
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Strong understanding of event marketing, lead generation, and audience engagement
• Excellent project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills
• Experience with event production, sponsorships, and vendor partnerships
• Proficiency with event tools (Cvent, Eventbrite, Salesforce, Marketo)
