Senior Field Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Drive demand through field programs to accelerate pipeline growth, customer expansion, and revenue.
• Shape Snowflake's go-to-market strategy across the EMEA region with Commercial leadership.
• Execute integrated campaigns end-to-end, from planning to measurement and optimization.
• Develop and manage partnerships with ecosystem players (Station F, startups, VC/PE, partners).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing
• Measure pipeline contribution, campaign performance, ROI, and business impact to iterate results.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, cloud, tech, or high-growth environments.
• Proven experience in field marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Strong collaboration with sales and stakeholders across functions.
• Experience planning events, executive programs, integrated campaigns, and demand gen initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven optimization of programs.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
