📋 Description

Define and own the field marketing strategy for Scandinavia
Own end-to-end event lifecycle for the region
Build an integrated marketing calendar for field events
Collaborate with Scandinavia sales leadership on GTM plans
Coordinate pre/post-event campaigns with sales
Drive ABM at scale for strategic accounts

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in field/region marketing or demand gen in enterprise B2B tech
Proven regional strategy ownership, not just execution
Strong vendor negotiation and stakeholder influence
Experience with executive engagements and large field events
3 days onsite in Snowflake offices
English fluency; Swedish or another Nordic language a plus
