• Develop and execute a North American regional field marketing strategy aligned with global
• Plan, manage, and host regional events, including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, and

• Own and manage regional marketing budget to maximize ROI and pipeline impact
• Represent Ripple Treasury at key industry conferences and trade associations
• Design and implement ABM strategies to support high-value accounts, creating personalized programs

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese required; proficiency in both is a strong plus
• 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or demand generation, preferably within SaaS
• Proven event planning and execution experience, including managing logistics, vendor relationships
• BDR/SDR or sales development background preferred - understanding of prospecting, outreach, and
• Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable pipeline
• Experience working with enterprise sales teams targeting C-level executives
