Senior Field Medical Director, Strategic Operations

📋 Description

• Serve as Field Medical Director for California, including KOL engagement, compliant scientific
• Lead field medical planning and execution at scientific congresses
• Oversee CRM data quality and documentation standards for the field medical team
• Lead onboarding and training of new field medical team members, and develop and maintain field
• Manage field medical vendors in compliance with all internal policies and external regulations
• Translate field activity and insights into reporting that informs Medical Affairs strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD)
• 5+ years of Medical Affairs experience, including prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison or
• Background in endocrinology, nephrology, genetics, or rare disease strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience building field medical operations, such as CRM governance, metrics and
