  • Own day-to-day execution as the operational backbone for Mid-Market.
  • Partner with regional leaders to forecast, track performance, and report.
  • Identify inefficiencies and translate into improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain sales KPIs; drive reporting cadence weekly/monthly/quarterly.
  • Manage pipeline reviews, weekly forecasting, QBRs; surface Salesforce feedback.
  • Own end-to-end ops workstreams; build AI-powered workflows for speed and scale.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Sales Ops, Sales Support, or Analyst roles (SaaS/Cybersec).
  • Experience with complex dashboards, custom reports, calculated fields, workflows.
  • Own and manage projects aligned with business needs.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills: sumifs, index/match, vlookup, pivots.
  • Salesforce background incl. CPQ, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, People.ai.
  • Ability to distill issues and communicate business impact.
  • Proactive mindset; identifies needs and proposes solutions.
  • Analytical with comfort solving problems using numbers.
