Recognize trends and patterns in field failures and feedback to the development team to drive
Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure new issues are fully investigated and those
Provide support to engineering and manufacturing teams as needed

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience
BS in engineering field preferred but not required
Must have hands-on approach
Ability to read electrical schematic and mechanical drawings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical/electrical systems
