Senior Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform and authenticate certification and requalification of cleanrooms and controlled
• Author test methods, certification protocols and standard operating procedures for the service line
• Review and approve certification reports produced by other engineers and technicians.
• Investigate out-of-specification results and support customer deviation and corrective action
• Train and direct field service personnel carrying out cleanroom certifications, including
• Establish and maintain the business's CETA registration and deliver all certification work to CETA

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., chemistry, analytical chemistry, electronic engineering)
• CETA certification held and in good standing, obtained or renewed within the past five years, at
• NEBB CPT certification is an advantage (or AABC certification)
• Clear, respectful communication and proven ability to author protocols, methods
• Experience representing a certification firm during customer quality audits, state board of
• Demonstrable knowledge of ISO 14644 Parts 1, 2 and 3, and ISO 14644-7 where isolators, RABS and
