Senior Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and improve technical standards, calibration methodologies, qualification
• Perform and authenticate certification and requalification of cleanrooms and controlled
• Mentor and train field service personnel; serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Conduct airflow velocity/volume testing, HEPA/ULPA filter leak testing, pressurization
• Author test methods, certification protocols, and SOPs; review and approve certification reports.
• Investigate out-of-specification results and support deviation and corrective action processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Electronic Engineering, Metrology, Physics
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in calibration, metrology, equipment maintenance
• Prior experience as Field Service Engineer, Senior Technician, Metrology Specialist, or equivalent
• Recognized Subject Matter Expert in calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting
• Expert knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements including metrological traceability, measurement
• Knowledge of ISO 14644 Parts 1, 2, 3; NSF/ANSI 49; Good Documentation Practices; equipment
