Senior Filing Specialist, Workers' Compensation (On-Site)

📋 Description

• Serve as primary support resource for Filing Specialists and staff.
• Guide staff through filing procedures and case-related questions.
• Mentor team on best practices, quality standards, and processes.
• Assist with training for new staff and ongoing training.
• Audit filing workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in legal, insurance, or workers’ comp environment preferred.
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred.
• Experience using case management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented, collaborative leadership style.
• Adaptable to changing workflows and systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred.
