Senior Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Support monthly close activities, margin and variance analysis
• Lead annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles
• Provide financial insights into performance, risks, opportunities
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, budgets, variance analyses
• Partner with Finance, Site Leadership, Operations, Supply Chain
• Identify and implement process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent
• Prior experience with business partnering and using analytics to drive business decisions in a
• Proven experience operating in a financial role within a manufacturing organization
• Prior experience working with an ERP system, particularly data entry, reporting, and analysis of
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated communication skills
