Senior Finance Analyst - Expenses

📋 Description

• Preparing and posting month-end journals, accruals, payroll entries and cost allocations
• Producing reports and delivering clear financial information in stakeholder meetings
• Managing intercompany invoices, fund recharges, journals and reconciliations
• Preparing VAT packs and supporting finance and tax queries for European entities
• Completing balance-sheet reconciliations and resolving aged or open items
• Processing client, employee and intercompany payments with a clear audit trail

🎯 Requirements

• AAT qualification or progress towards a recognised accounting qualification
• A good understanding of accounting processes and principles
• Strong Excel skills, including practical experience with lookup and advanced functions
• Experience contributing to month-end activity and working to financial deadlines
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain financial information effectively
• Confidence building relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and auditors
