📋 Description

• Partner with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs, priorities, and challenges
• Deliver financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting that drives informed decision-making across
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and risks
• Actively participate in budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycles
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve business performance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in controlling, financial planning, or management consulting
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Comfortable writing SQL queries
• Business-fluent in both German and English
