Senior Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead monthly/quarterly financial reporting and enterprise results.
• Design scalable FP&A processes delivering decision-ready insights.
• Partner with ops and asset mgmt to drive strategy.
• Build and manage Managers and Analysts; develop leadership depth.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to scale FP&A.
• Strengthen enterprise reporting with data-driven frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership in multifamily finance/asset mgmt.
• Proven FP&A team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Deep understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital markets.
• Ability to influence decisions across finance functions.
• Excel and PowerPoint mastery; strong accounting/finance fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Economics/Stats/Math; CFA/CPA/CMA preferred.
