Senior Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Translate enterprise and Finance strategy into actionable Enterprise Reporting plans.
• Oversee enterprise reporting and analytics for monthly/quarterly deliverables.
• Partner with Finance & Operations leaders to inform enterprise strategy.
• Lead cross-functional FP&A initiatives (automation, offshoring, operating model).
• Develop and manage managers and analysts; build leadership depth.
• Align reporting workstreams for timely execution and long-term value.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in multifamily finance, asset management, or operations.
• Proven track record building, managing, and mentoring high-performing FP&A teams.
• Deep understanding of real estate fundamentals, portfolio performance, and capital markets.
• Experience supporting complex finance functions with ability to influence decisions at the executive level.
• Effective communication skills; clearly articulate data-driven multifamily performance to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical expertise with mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; strong accounting and finance fundamentals.
