Senior Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead finance for cross-functional teams during monthly closes, POR, annual Plan, and LRP.
• Evaluate ROI on GTM and product investments; benchmark allocations vs peers.
• Pressure-test competing investments and provide a clear read on trade-offs.
• Partner with HR, Accounting, Recruitment; support exec and board reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a finance business-partner with forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning.
• Build models from scratch with ambiguous inputs, including scenario modeling.
• Outstanding communication: distill complex analysis for analysts to executives.
• Fluency with AI tools as part of FP&A workflows.
• Extreme attention to detail paired with a service mindset.
• Experience with FP planning systems (NetSuite, Adaptive, Pigment); Drivetrain.
