Senior Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead FP&A for GTM departments incl planning, forecasting, reporting, and modeling.
• Own P&L for GTM functions, incl resource allocation and operating expenses.
• Drive headcount and resource planning to align with growth targets.
• Present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership with recommendations.
• Partner on commission analysis, accrual, and payout; reconcile variances to plan.
• Develop repeatable financial processes and mentor a senior analyst.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Eight+ years in FP&A, Sales GTM Finance, or Revenue Ops in SaaS.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills in senior finance roles.
• Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and Adaptive Planning.
