Senior Finance Manager- EMEA Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Own the EMEA month-end, quarter-end and year-end close timetable, including review cadence, issue
• Deliver accurate entity and consolidated financial reporting with clear ownership of quality and
• Maintain strong balance sheet governance, including reconciliations, review controls and timely
• Lead EMEA statutory audit activity and act as primary contact for external auditors across relevant
• Own the audit plan and timetable, coordinating the preparation and delivery of audit schedules and
• Own the preparation, review and filing of statutory financial statements across EMEA

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent)
• Strong financial reporting and controllership experience in a multi-entity, international
• Proven ownership of statutory accounts, audit and close processes
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102 and IFRS, with exposure to multiple local GAAPs
• Experience leading teams, ideally including managing managers
• Experience supporting ERP implementation or finance transformation (Oracle Fusion desirable)
