• Manage fiat deposits/withdrawals on the exchange platform.
• Reconcile daily fiat balances with bank accounts.
• Resolve payment-related customer inquiries promptly.
• Analyze settlements and coordinate with banking partners.
• Support product development and automate processes where possible.
• Provide performance reports and metrics for improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5-7 years in fiat operations (crypto, banking, payments, fintech).
• Proficient in financial reconciliation and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
