🎯 Requirements

• CA/CPA with 10+ years post-qualification in large, complex orgs.
• Leadership in FP&A, business partnering and reporting.
• Track record influencing senior leaders across priorities.
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills.
• Experience building relationships in matrix environments; agile ways.
• Oracle, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; AI curiosity.
