Senior Finance Manager, Global Commercial Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead Global Commercial balance sheet planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting across
• Coordinate finance inputs, analyze significant balance sheet movements, prepare variance
• Review Global DSO, DPO, and WAPT month-end and quarter-end reporting and support monthly management
• Lead capital budget consolidation across Plan, LBE, and LRP cycles and support Commercial Capital
• Coordinate quarterly intangible asset impairment assessments with Commercial Finance, R&D, and
• Support audits and maintain effective internal controls in compliance with SOX requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or finance experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements
• Experience with balance sheet planning, forecasting, consolidation, actuals reporting, variance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, BPC, BIP, Power BI, or
