Senior Finance Manager - Group Consolidation

📋 Description

• Manage and deliver statutory financial accounting and group consolidation reporting (IFRS/US GAAP)
• Liaise with auditors, legal, tax, business and regional finance teams
• Develop group accounting policies and implement new processes and systems
• Act as internal accounting consultant; write papers and advise on new developments
• Drive internal controls and process improvements; identify gaps and enhancements
• Ensure tax accounting aligns with statutory tax computation and submissions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in complex group consolidation (subsidiaries, JVs, NCI) in Big 4 or financial services
• Experience managing US IPO projects or announcements to US stock exchanges
• Degree in Accountancy or recognized qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc.)
• Strong business acumen; navigate complex environments and drive decisions
• High attention to detail with strong stakeholder management skills
• Competent in IFRS/US GAAP
