Senior Finance Manager - HK Finance Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations and end-to-end accounting for assigned entities, including
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close with journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and
• Prepare and review management accounts, statutory statements, group reporting packages and variance
• Reconcile bank, exchange, wallet, digital asset, trading and intercompany balances; investigate
• Coordinate with internal/external parties on accounting/reporting matters; handle audits and tax
• Maintain strong financial controls, document processes, drive improvements, and support new

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years in financial accounting, reporting, audit, or finance operations; Big 4 and
• Hands-on experience with close, multi-entity reporting, reconciliations, audits, and management
• IFRS/HKFRS knowledge; digital assets accounting advantageous.
• Strong analytical, ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Excellent communication; fluent in English and Chinese; proficient in Excel; ERP or data analytics
