Senior Finance Manager, International Business

📋 Description

• Be the finance lead for Slingshot International, guiding ops decisions
• Establish the financial foundation for the international business
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
• Support pricing strategy and financial modeling for international programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, international regulations, and reporting standards
• Collaborate with the broader finance team to align reporting and controls

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or financial operations
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of P&L management and financial planning
• Experience partnering with business leaders on strategic decisions
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating with distributed teams
• Strong analytical skills and clear communication across stakeholders
