• Act as financial co-owner of Arena commercial engine
• Lead live service monetization and SKU development
• Guide pricing, promotions, and player wallet mgmt
• Translate data into actionable financial insights
• Forecast, budgeting, and long-range planning for Arena
• Support broader digital strategy and cross-portfolio insights

🎯 Requirements

• Digital games finance experience, ideally live service/mobile
• Data-driven monetization and in-game economies
• Embedded partner to Product, Data, and Commercial teams
• Strong forecasting and financial modeling; scenario analysis
• Experience owning budgeting and performance reviews at senior level
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
